Ok, so I've been obsessed with this Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni song called "Hello" and drew a pic for it using Fem!Poland. Here it is!
P.S:The skirt didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to. If anyone knows how to get a waterbrush/watercolor effect in GIMP, please tell me!
